I. ADMIN RULES

1.     APPROVING NEW ADMIN REQUESTS

a.     One-time payment of 49 EUR ( !!!!!  REQUIRED APPROVAL  !!!!! )

b.    Only by Forum / Detinator request and a minimum of 3 Fondators PRO. Minimum 90% Approval

c.     Every New admin is accepted as an Administrator

d.    ON EVERY NEW ADMIN, THE PC HAS TO BE DEEPLY CHECKED BY OUR SIDE FOR CURRENT OR PAST HACKS.

       THE REQUESTER MUST AGREE BEFORE RECEIVING HIS ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS.

- Benefits of Paid Adminship

a. No minimum playing time on the server

b. No scan

c. No need to join communication channels

d. Direct contact with the highest rank admins

e. Possibility to rank up during the time and admin work

e.     We reserve the right to remove or suspend the Administrators who are paid if they don't follow the rules of the server. 

2.     UPGRADING ADMINS

a.     The upgrade from Administrator to Moderator can be done not earlier than a Month as Administrator. It has to be consolidated and accepted by the Detinator.

b.     Upgrading to Co-Owner can be done by Fondators with FTP Access. Highest rank approved only by Detinator, with the clear rules as follows:

c.     Outstanding contribution to the development of the server, which includes: Making the community to grow, Improving the environment, New ideas that are accepted and lead to the development of the server and the Community

d.     Donations / Toxic people are not accepted, even after Donations, and their money will be returned! 

3.     RELATIONS BETWEEN ADMINS & ADMIN BANS

a.     The ranks matter! The highest rank can request information about the decisions that someone with a lower rank made.

b.     Taking SS from other admins can be done only by Managers, Fondators, Detinator. It's better to do a demo and share it with the community.

c.      Banning other admins has to be done only by Fondators, Detinator, and only if they have enough shreds of evidence for Cheating, Abusing, or Ads another server. Every ban on this matter have to be share with our close community group.

d.     Bans cannot be removed from someone with a lower rank or equal to your rank.

 i.     For example: Administrator cannot remove Owner ban. They must establish contact between each other or ask a Manager, Fondator, or Detinator to mediate between the Admins involved in the situation.

The Owner cannot remove the ban on another Owner without a conversation between both admins involved in the situation or mediation from a higher-ranking admin.

The same text is relevant for Managers and Fondators.

e.     Constant confrontation between Admins can lead to suspending adminship, downgrading or removing.

Suspending Admin can be done by Fondators for a maximum time of 7 days with prior notice to Detinator. For repeat offense decision and time of suspending is take between Fondator and the Detinator.

Downgrade is another measure that can be considered and can be done by Fondator and Detinator for not more than 30 days for the first offense. The second time can lead to a permanent downgrade. 

SUSPENDED ADMIN: Returning rank on the server will cost each suspended admin a 29 EUR one-time payment.

REMOVED ADMIN: Returning rank on the server will cost each suspended admin a 49 EUR one-time payment. Need to be approved again by our community.

Removing an admin can be done only by Detinator, but it can be proposed by Managers and Fondators.

4.   BAN PLAYERS:

 i.     Taking SS: Wait up to 10 minutes if the player didn’t ask you for assistance.

Making demo: Record demo and share it with our close community group or if you sure on 100% can ban the player without waiting opinion from other admins BUT the demo have to be share with our close community group or forum. If you make mistake the ban will be removed.

ii.     Wall Hack – Minimum 7 days, Maximum 30 days for the first offence:

For relapse: Ban time – Minimum 30 days and maximum 90 days.

iii.     AIM – Minimum 30 days and maximum 90 days / relapse: up to 180 days

iv.     Ads – Minimum 30 days and maximum 90 days  / relapse: up to 180 days

v.     Abusing – gag for a certain time, kick. The last action is a Ban with a maximum of 7 days. For relapse: Maximum of 30 days.

vi.     Other cheats which are not indicated here – Minimum 30 days and maximum 90 days.

vii.     Permanent bans are not allowed in the first place. They can be considered between the Admin and the Detinator. Exceptions can be made depending on the situation and the consent of the Detinator.

viii.  Every admin MUST update their BAN-List on the server in the Forum section below:

5.     TEAMSPEAK & FORUM

a. It's mandatory for all during the game. Expectations can be made only by approval of Detinator or FTP Fondators.

b.     Checking the forum at least once per day

5. BREAKING THE RULES

a.    For breaking the rules, we have the following: First: Warning, Second: Last Warning, Third: Suspended for 30 days, Four: Removing 

6. MINIMUM PLAYING TIME FOR THE MONTH

The main idea is that if someone wants to be an Admin, they have to be minimally involved in supporting the server.

a.    Every admin has to play at least 30 hours on our server per month. This is required because we need our admins to be active and support our server and help to players and the community.

b.   Exceptions are made only in two cases:

      - With prior notice that you have some problems and need to be out for a certain time

      - You are donating to the server, which is considered as a major help for our community

c.    Every admin can check their play time for the month with the following command: /myonline
