1. Relations between Admins
- Respect each other
We are talking to all admins to respect each other, always communicate nicely, and always be on the admin chat when we are talking about the server and staff with the server. Because in public chat, all players can't see if we have something to say about the server, discussions, some problems, etc. No need to know what is going on in our "kitchen" :)

- Teamwork
Consider everything that happened on the server as a duty for all of us. When an admin is trying to help a player or deal with a hacker which change his IP or Steam, we have to help each other.
If someone doesn't know what map to change during the time, it is very important to communicate about this, because if we choose the wrong maps, we can drop players from the server. 
When someone is not sure if the player uses a hack or not, please revert to your colleague to help you, give you advice, and make a proper decision

- Avoid conflicts
Not much to say here. Just when you see some admin making the wrong things, please go to some of the Senior admins ( Managers, Fondators ). 
Do not take action from your side and on your own if you are not one of the above admin ranks or are not sure what to do; share and write in our WhatsApp group.
Conflicts between admins, especially admins with the same rank or something, will lead to serious problems for our server, community, and to you at all. Because all conflicts can lead to suspension or deletion of the admin/admins.

- Respect rank
The ranks matter! The highest rank can request information about the decisions that someone with a lower rank made. But don't make this like a mandatory, leave sometimes admins to take actions without bothering them so much about their decisions. Of course if someone make bullshits, we have to stop it.

- Removing bans on another admin
Bans cannot be removed from someone with a lower rank or equal to your rank.
For example, Administrator cannot remove Owner ban. They must establish contact between each other or ask a Manager, Fondator, or Detinator to mediate between the Admins involved in the situation.
The Owner cannot remove the ban on another Owner without a conversation between both admins involved in the situation or mediation from a higher-ranking admin.
The same text is relevant for Managers and Fondators.

- Banning other admins
Banning other admins has to be done only by Fondators, Detinator, and only if they have enough shreds of evidence for Cheating, Abusing, or Ads another server. Every ban on this matter have to be share with our close community group.

- Taking SS from another admin
Taking SS from other admins can be done only by Managers, Fondators, Detinator. It's better to do a demo and share it with the community.

2. Rules on the server for Admins
- Taking SS 
Taking SS: Wait up to 10 minutes if the player didn’t ask you for assistance.

- Making DEMO and sending
Making demo: Record a demo and share it with our close community group or if you're sure on 100% can ban the player without waiting for opinion from other admins BUT the demo has to be shared with our close community group or forum. If you make a mistake, the ban will be removed.

- Ban time

NEW: Steam players are not banned without DEMO, all Demos have to be shared on our Private GOLD Groups
Wall Hack – Minimum 7 days, Maximum 30 days for the first offence:
For relapse: Ban time – Minimum 30 days and maximum 90 days.

AIM – Minimum 30 days and maximum 90 days/relapse: up to 180 days
Ads – Minimum 30 days and maximum 90 days/relapse: up to 180 days
Abuse – gag for a certain time, kick. The last action is a Ban with a maximum of 7 days. For relapse: Maximum of 30 days.

Other cheats which are not indicated here – Minimum 30 days and maximum 90 days.

Permanent bans are not allowed in the first place. They can be considered between the Admin and the Detinator. Exceptions can be made depending on the situation and the consent of the Detinator.

- Report bans on Forum
Every admin MUST update their BAN-List on the server in the Forum section below:

- Vote map simple rules
Vote map - after round 17 and not later than 23 round: Before the vote, ask each other in the admin chat who will vote and DONT Fight for the voting.
Vote map - During the day, at least 10 STEAM players are online, so we can play maps different from classic ones.
Vote map - During the night time ( after 02:00 AM GMT +3 (Romanian time)) we have to play always classic maps: de_dust2, de_inferno, de_inferno2se, de_dustyaztec, de_alexandra, de_kabul) If we don't have enough Steam players during this time is strictly required to switch to de_dust2, otherwise we can face player drops.
Vote map - When you vote map during the night and see drops of the players for some reason, please don't quit the server - Write in our Admin Groups on WhatsApp, we have to try to fix this with an additional boost or other measurements, depending on what the problem is.
Vote map - Please DO NOT put maps only for personal scores, play maps that are good for the whole server.
Vote map - DO NOT fight each other for voting the maps, always keep good relations with each other, and RESPECT ADMIN RANK!

- Rules on how to become an Admin
a. One-time payment of 49 EUR
b. Only by Forum request and a minimum 3 Fondators PRO. Minimum 90% Approval
c. Every New admin is accepted as an Administrator
d. ON EVERY NEW ADMIN, THE PC HAS TO BE DEEPLY CHECKED BY OUR SIDE FOR CURRENT OR PAST HACKS.

THE REQUESTER MUST AGREE BEFORE RECEIVING HIS ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS. EXPECTATIONS CAN BE MADE ONLY IF THE PLAYER IS OLD AND WE KNOW THAT HE CAN HELP US.
e.     We reserve the right to remove or suspend the Administrators who are paid if they don't follow the rules of the server.

- SUSPENDED OR REMOVED ADMIN
SUSPENDED ADMIN: Returning rank on the server will cost each suspended admin a 29 EUR one-time payment. 
REMOVED ADMIN: Returning rank on the server will cost each suspended admin a 49 EUR one-time payment. Need to be approved again by our community.
So please do not make bullshits, respect the server, community and the teammates.

- Minimal play time for the month
The main idea is that if someone wants to be an Admin, they have to be minimally involved in supporting the server.
Every admin has to play at least 30 hours on our server per month. This is required because we need our admins to be active and support our server and help to players and the community.
Exceptions are made only in two cases:
With prior notice that you have some problems and need to be out for a certain time.
You are donating to the server, which is considered as a major help for our community.
Every admin can check their play time for the month with the following command: /myonline.

3. Relations between Admins and Players
- Respect players
Nothing much to say here. Just don't use your admin power to abuse, confrontation or do bullshits against some players.
- Help players if they have problems or need help
The essence of admin is to help and bring to the server and community only good environment and vibes. Do not make any bullshits on your own.

- Check reports for cheaters when you think they are with reason
Please take a look when someone is reported. Some of the players report all players sometimes, which is wrong, and of course, we will not lose our time checking players whom we have already checked or know are not cheaters. But be nice, and when you can, take a look at reported players.
 

4. Rules on the server for Players, including VIPs
- All players have the right to play on our server, excluding cheaters and persons who curse others.
So please avoid kicking players to make a slot for some of our friends. If we have a lot of admins outside the game, we can take these actions or keep the good players on the server. But do not make it only because it was a practice before.

- Rules for giving VIP and FREE VIP
1. Giving VIP-GOLD is only for players who are on TS during the game and have a STEAM account.
It will be nice if we can guide them to make and GameTracker account as well.
2. We can give VIP-SILVER to non-STEAM players, but they have to be in TS as well while playing and have a GameTracker account.
3. NEW STEAM players who don't want to join on TS can receive only VIP-SILVER.
4. Current VIP-GOLD players who are not in the TS and don't want to join will be downgraded to VIP-SILVER.
5. Only paid VIPs can be outside the TS during the game.
6. We can give VIP-GOLD to non-STEAM players, but this has to be discussed between us in the WhatsApp group, and only for Regular, Well know and Good players.
7. When someone downgraded players comes to TS to ask again for his VIP-GOLD, we have to see if he is a regular in TS3 until to bring back his VIP-GOLD, thats mean at least 5 days to connect to the TS3 during his playing before returning his VIP-GOLD

5. New improvements and updates on the server
- NEW RANK SYSTEM
- HAPPY HOURS VIP EVENT - FROM 4 am to 8 am (Romanian time GMT +3) ALL PLAYERS RECEIVE VIP-GOLD.
- NEW BAN SYSTEM - amx_sbmenu - CHEATER cannot take any damage. This is useful when we don't have enough players on the server and want to keep it as a number. Useful for the night or other situations that require this. Please use it.

CONCLUSIONS
-THE MEETING WENT VERY WELL AND WAS CONSTRUCTIVE. 
ALL OF THESE CHAPTERS WERE DISCUSSED AND I HOPE EVERYONES TAKE HIS NOTES, UNDERSTANDS WHY WE ARE HERE AS A TEAM AND TO WORK TOGETHER FOR THE BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR ALL OF US :)

EVERY PROBLEM HAS TO BE SOLVED TOGETHER AND IN A PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT.
