After unban always use fb_flushcache.

Also we can use filter to that player without using all his name
Filtering:
fb_offban pla // Show only those who contain pla or pLA in their nickname.

And use amx_sbmenu for cheaters so they can't give damage.

Note it doesn't work for steel forge better to slay that guy xd
